Gary Smith is a compassionate and progressive executive visionary that believes that meaningful engagement begins with reciprocal and transparent professional partnering. Gary believes that from bottom to top, integrity is key, and everybody deserves an opportunity to thrive when provided with the proper resources, skills, tools and knowledge.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in various health and human services leadership roles. In his various roles, he has been an integral team member in creating progressive settings that provided intentional strategic platforms that fostered individual as well as organizational growth.

Gary is a Baltimore City native who enjoys semi-professional cycling, exquisite vegan cuisine, the Baltimore Ravens, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
